Main material and characteristics:
Class F coil insulated copper wire as conductor, glass fiber and epoxy resin composite materials for insulation, its coefficient of expansion similar to the copper conductor.with good impact resistance, temperature changes, crack resistance. Glass fiber and epoxy resin constituent all have self-extinguishing, it does not continue to burn, it does not produce toxic gases and pollute the environment.Epoxy resin has good insulating properties, particularly suitable for the production of high-voltage level.

Manufacturing process:
